The Swan River Rowing Club’s upstairs function room is a flexible space that opens onto a large balcony facing directly onto the river. With neutral décor, charming exposed timber beams and customisable layout options, the venue can be hired to accommodate 85 seated guests or up to 150 people for standing, cocktail-style functions. SRRC’s function room is complete with bar, rest room and semi-commercial kitchen facilities making it an ideal venue to hire for a wide variety of different Christmas party formats. Over the course of our history, we have played host to hundreds of Perth organisations and private individuals who have successfully staged their Christmas parties, corporate events, weddings and private functions at our picturesque venue.

Working with event partners of your choice, such as caterers, beverage suppliers, stylists and entertainment acts, as required, hiring our venue for your work Christmas party allows you to maintain maximum control over the planning and cost of your event. Whilst we’re able to provide recommendations on reputable Perth caterers and other suppliers who regularly service our venue, it’s completely up to our clients as to who they decide to partner with in staging their event. Our venue hire fees include the use of the club’s tables, chairs and kitchen with bar facilities and wait staff available to hire for a small additional fee.
